We recently have unplugged the power and tried to replug in. But now, it will not boot. It flashes some light and turns off completely. We have tried use our second Cisco Spa 525g power, it does the same thing, trying to boot but failed. Please help me with the issue and if there is any place can fix it in area around zip code 98004

Hello,
These devices are not field-serviceable. If you are still covered under your warranty we can probably do an RMA and replace the device for you after we do a little bit of troubleshooting to determine if it is a hardware issue.

Just had one of these SPA525g2 delivered two days ago from Ring central, exactly the same issue. Unplugged and moved, plugged back in and main red light on top, screen blank, 3 of the call presence light at half light. Repeatedly re cycled but nothing? Help?
