SPA300, SPA 500 TRANSFER TEMPLATE

Hello,

if i receive or make a external call i cannot transfer the call to any ip phone im using uc540 en 12 phones and no one works, i create new template and using the existing default templates and the transfer button does not appear in the ip phones and i have configured in the phone templates, can some one give a hint to fix this?

Wrong forum, if you are ysin CCA post in "small business - UC500". You can  move you post usin the Actions panel on the right.
