Hello,
I have a SPA400 in place for years but was only using it for voicemail which worked great.
Lately I needed to reconfigure it to work with a single analogue line plugged into Line 1. But the SPA400 showed the line as On-Hook with 0V (somethimes it shows off hook with 0V). I have tried all the other analogue ports with the same result.
After a full factory reset and a setup (both manual & wizard) the SPA400 still showed the same problem. I found that if I just kept restarting the device it would eventually detect the analogue line @55V. If it stayed running after this it would be OK but it also loses the analogue line after a random period of time.
Has anyone seen this snag before and can it be fixed?
Regards,
GT

The default line impedance setting is 600 for U.S. Ireland should be 270+750||150nF. Try that change and see if it detects the line properly.

I already have that set.
Moved up to 1.1.2.3 and still have same problem.
It is random but multiple restarts or power cycles eventually gets the line up.
