Dear Support staff: the USB drive that holds the voicemail for my SPA400 gateway finally crashed and it is no longer working so I got a new USB pendrive to replace it.
I tried following the instructions to rebuild the USB drive listed on the webpage https://supportforums.cisco.com/document/36956/spa400-rebuilding-usb-drive-voicemail but apparently the link to download the files is not working anymore. Cisco software download center only lists firmware download for SPA400, so this is also not an option for downloading.
Could you please provide directions to download the voice mail module files?
