Hi,

Is there any support for SIP:Reason on the 500-series???

We would like to have calls made from a queue to a agent, not to cause missed call on the phone.

Yup; firmware 7.4.7 has support for SIP Cancel Reason. I've tried it on

both SPA-504G and SPA-508G on Asterisk 1.8.2, and it works.

Confirmed working in Asterisk 1.6.2 as well. You can also force this on a Dial command with the 'c' option (useful for sequential hunt groups where you don't want to leave a trail of missed calls).
