I have the SPA525G2, at least 1 with the SPA500S side car, I looked on the internet for a template for the labels, found one in word that didnt work (was to long when printed).
Being a Network Specialist and document designer, i made my own and think you all should have access to it free. Its as easy as type the label then print. Its in Excel format (should work in version 2003 +) and is locked so you cant tamper with any settings meaning it will printer the correct size.
You can title each label meaning you can print a few then go to the phones knowing which one its for.
Its included in this message and a link before for download later (Let me know if theres a problem and i will fix it, its only formatted to LETTER size at the moment)
