SPA504 Personal Directory Additions

Hey Guys,

I have a UC540 that has been installed for a customer and they are trying to add entries to the personal directory on the phones.  Every user guide I click on for the SPA504 says that there will be an "add" button that needs to be pressed when on the missed calls, received calls, ect. call history.  I see no such button.  What is the solution here?

BTW, this is upgraded to the 8.0.5 package and totally configured with CCA.  I know that I can add the entries with CCA, and that Office Manager can do this as well, but we are trying to do this at phone level.  Thanks for your help!

On the 50x series phones you can add Personal Speed Dial entries from the phone itself.  Just go thru the following menus:

CME Services-->My Phone Apps-->Personal Speed Dial.  Enter name and number, and you are set...
