spa504g/942/962 ldap result display distortion

Hi.

We have lots of spa 942/962 with fw 6.1.5a.

Now we are also buy spa504g (fw 7.5.6a) and spa525g2 (fw7.5.6), xml dictionaries is updated too.

All of them was successfully connected to ldap, but we discover, that phones:

942/962 and 504g have problems with long cyryllic names of users.

If names longer than some value, screen shows it realy distorted.

525g2 shows everything fine no matter how long users firstname and second name.

Attached pic shows problem. As you may see, first record is distorted, but second is ok, because user name much shorter than first or third.

Attached part of config shows what exactly we set for working with ldap.

Guys, is there proper way to create ticket or something for this problem?

Well, upgrade to 7.5.7 and problem still persist.

Sad but true :)
