Hello,
We have 2 x SAP510g phones. First phone was working fine, as soon as we connected the second unit both phones cannot see the network. We are using a basic TP Link PoE switch. Connected the good phone via a PoE injector, stilll no luck, cannot ping either unit, also Status on the handsets shows both phones are not receiving packets, has anybody got any ideas, could the ports on the handsets be blown? We cannot connect via Web Browser either.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Is the red mic light flashing indicating no network connection?
If not flashing, can you try turning off CDP and LLDP in the network config? Located in the setup/network.

Hi Nseto,
It turns out the Cat5 cabling in the office we are setting up is faulty, somehow when you connect a device to certain points it takes out others in a different place, so problem was very basic, and unusual, cables must be shorted somewhere.
Many thanks
