Hi Guys,

Just put the new firmware on our phone system 7.4.9c but none of the phones are upgrading when rebooted they currently all run 7.4.6

I have checked the config and have the following:

tftp-server flash:/phones/50x-30x/spa50x-30x-7-4-8a.bin

tftp-server flash:/phones/50x-30x/spa50x-30x-7-4-9c.bin

load 7921 CP7921G-1.3.4SR1

load 7925 CP7925G-1.3.4SR1

load 7931 SCCP31.8-5-4S

load 521G-524G cp524g-8-1-17

load 501G spa50x-30x-7-4-6

load 502G spa50x-30x-7-4-6

load 504G spa50x-30x-7-4-9c

load 508G spa50x-30x-7-4-6

load 509G spa50x-30x-7-4-6

load 301 spa50x-30x-7-4-6

load 303 spa50x-30x-7-4-6

the only phone we use is the 504G but still doesnt update please could i have some pointers on troubleshooting this commands to run etc. im not 100% with phone systems but use switches all the time.

I dont use CCA just use CLI for config of this.

i manually upgraded my phone but would like to avoid doing this on them all if i can.

also i cant remember the command that lists all the phones and what FW version they are on would be usefull if someone could supply me with that.

Thanks

Steve

Steve,

Your load command can't read file located in TFTP subfolder so either it should be in the root of the flash or you can use alias command as:

tftp-server flash:/phones/50x-30x/spa50x-30x-7-4-9c.bin alias spa50x-30x-7-4-9c.bin
