Are we allowed to edit phone dictionaries for fixing cyrillic numpad?
We found that in 504/525 there was degrade in numpad translation.
Lots of symbols missing. Inside of xml dictionaries we found keymap section 525:

As you can see, in new 504/525 no lots of symbols like: ш, щ, э, ю, я.
Is it ok if we add them into xml files?
