We have about 10  SPA504G phones within the office. As of today I am having issues transferring phone calls. The walls in our office are thin, once I hear the first ring, I then transfer the phone call, thinking the transfer was successful. Within 5 minutes or so I am getting a phone call back from prospects saying the call was dropped, they said they were still on hold and then it went completely silent as if someone hung up. Has this been an issue for anyone? Does anyone know how one would go about fixing this issue?
