Has anyone experienced issues with the data ports on the SPA5x5 IP phones? We've had 8 customers open tickets that the data ports on the phones don't work when plugging a PC into the port. Thanks Terry
I haven't heard of a failure. How is this configured? The phones have power and ethernet connected or just the ethernet using PoE? Is the pc NIC light flashing at all? They are using standard ethernet cable and not crossover, right?
