We have a small office and our two SPA508G's are not connected to a PBX with phone book functionality. Therefore I would like to create a phonebook available via WAN. Tried to put an empty file phonebook.xml into a folder at a given url, but it seems as I need to know the layout of the phonebook to do this? Have not been able to find the layout, so can anyone help with this?
Is it correct that this would then work by updating the file in the "Phone" Tab field "XML Directory Service Name" and with the URL in "XML Directory Service URL"
Thanks.

Previously I tried to us 3CX, and with their corporate phone book, this functionality worked. But I still only see a phone number rather than the name of the caller.
The XML code is as shown underneath, so I wonder if some tags might be missing to tell the phone to use the
