Hi Dan,
Can I see the link to this manual so I can follow it. I dont have a setup button or a list of parked calls.
Sounds like alot of bavigation....
I can retrieve a parked call by dialing the park slot.
I can monitor the park slot with a button on the SPA525G phone as well, and when it has a call, it turns red, and I just press it.

hey steve -
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/csbpipp/ip_phones/user/guide/spa525_sip_user_low.pdf - shows this feature in 'call park' section of the user guide.
i did find though, that we are using sccp, not sip. sccp version of user guide does not show this as how to pickup calls that are parked.
why would it not be available?

UC500 uses a uniform template for most the ephones including SPA5xx operating SCCP (actually there is a template 15, but its used for 7931)
See below, when you are connected, the softkeys on the phone take on these behaviors (see Park in there).
ephone-template 16
url services 1 http://10.1.10.1/voiceview/common/login.do VoiceviewExpress
url services 2 http://10.1.10.1/timecardview/common/login.do TimeCardView

softkeys connected Hold Endcall Mobility Trnsfer TrnsfVM LiveRcd Confrn ConfList RmLstC Acct Park Select Join
Not sure if I answered or not? Dont you like the Park Button idea :-)
