Hi all,
We have the issue on 6 units of SPA525G,experiencing the issues with the phones locking up during a call. The display is still lit and call appears to be active (timer) but the call is disconnected and then do dial tone. The only way to get the phones back up is to reboot them.
setting of the system
a. Firmware on phones:
Spa525g-7.4.6.bin
b. Phones are connected to UC520(UC520W-8U-4FXO-K9) and Cisco SG300-28P POE switches.
c. System image file is UC500 Software (UC500-ADVIPSERVICESK9-M), Version 15.1(2)T2, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)
Kindly advice any workaround on this case, appreciate on it.

Hello,
Please try to update the firmware on the phones to 7.4.7 and then to 7.5.3.
Also check if you are not using octoline dn on these phones.

I encounter this it only happen when external call (via PSTN) call in, hope this info helpful to you to diagnose my case.

Another question, why we are not allow to use octo-line?
We got 4 FXO line and there's a business need for conference call for more than 2 person in same time.
