SPA525G - Losing call during transfer

Hi, I am having an issue with transferring calls from a single SPA525G phone to any of our other SPA514G phones. 

Not every time, but maybe every second/third time the phone call drops out once the 'transfer' button has been pressed the second time to complete the transfer.

Any ideas??
