Daniel

Hello,

how is it possible for one line (not for all) to set up a permanent suppression of the Caller ID. I can not find it in the settings. I can find only the suppression of all line.

Who can help me?

regards

Daniel

The PBX will help you.

Phone is rather simple device that can handle trivial tasks only. Complex logic needs to be implemented in PBX.

Note the ETSI standardized supplemental service code for CLIR service is 31 (e.g. dial *31# to turn the feature on, #31# to turn it off). If you are lucky it may be implemented in PBX already.

Hi,

thanks for the reply. Does not seem to work. In the PBX (AVM FritzBox) , I can not suppress the phone number for
this line. If I use the code *31# or #31# on the SPA525, it tells me unknown number. On ISDN or DECT terminal it works. Note If the unknown number from the SPA525 or the PBX?

Sorry for the bad English!

greeting

It may be rejected either by SPA525 itself (because of "Dial Plan" configuration value) or by PBX. Check PBX and/or SPA525 log and/or use a packet catcher to inspect dialog between SPA and PBX ...

By the way, read this document. It says something about CLIR activation code for FritzBox. Unfortunately, Ich glaube nicht, gut Deutsch verstehen.
