Hello.
Can any one advise how I can change the date format from MM/DD to DD/MM - we'd prefer the UK format.
Also, does anyone have the settings for UK tones instead of US ones?
Documentation on both of these features is quite lacking.

You can change the date with the date-format command within telephony-service for SCCP or voice register global for SIP.
As for the UK tones, the user-locale command should do the trick after loading the appropriate locale.

"voice register global for SIP"
That appears to need a Cisco platform? We are using SIP with a non-Cisco solution
"user-locale command"
Been there and says we need an active Cisco support agreement.
I am trying to work out that if Cisco have sold the device in a UK market? Why is there no easy way to get UK tones/formatting, or why it did not come as default.

Basically, all the settings thta you can do are the ones in the GUI.
For more questions, there is another forum section for "small business" where you can ask.
This one is actually "Video over IP".
