Hi all,
I have multiple SPA525G2 devices deployed, some with the attendant console attached. I am running in SIP mode w/Asterisk, SW 7.4.9c. For physical extensions w/BLF I use the following function:
fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=9000@<proxy>;nme=9000
In this case BLF works and I can perform a 1-button transfer (e.g. if I want to transfer the active party to ext. 9000 I simply press the button on the console). I also have buttons setup to transfer to voicemail which is accessed by *+<extID>. In this case I only use the speed dial function:
fnc=sd;ext=*9000@<proxy>
If I attempt to perform a 1-button transfer here the current call is placed on hold and I am connected to the users VM box. What causes the speed dial/1-button transfer behavior to differ between these two entries? Is there some way to get the behavior I'm looking for? Thanks.
