I am managing many spa5xxg phones (>2k) with a Thomson Cirpack call center and interception is not working well.
My setup :
"ServerType" set on 'Asterisk' or 'RFC3265_4235'.
"Attendant Console Call Pickup Code" with '*11*#'.
"Unit 1 Key 1" with 'fnc=blf+sd+cp;sub=0033972110XXX@$proxy;ext=0972110XXX#'.
The expected behaviour with a Cirpack call center is :
The phone must subscribe to the service "dialog/xml" on 0033972110XXX@$proxy (same behaviour as Asterisk or RFC3265_4235). But to Intercept the call, the phone must call *11*# with # translated to *11*$ext, that give *11*0972110XXX#. But currently with ServerType parameter set on 'Asterisk', the phone is calling (or not...) the service subscribed phone number : "0033972110XXX@$proxy".
Can you add "Cirpack" to the list "ServerType", or update the RFC3265_4235 behaviour to handle interception with the 'ext' parameter ?
