SPA941 - Not connecting

I have an SPA941 that is not booting past the Linksys screen. There are no buttons lit up and nothing happens when I press any of the buttons. It also does not appear on the router as being plugged in... I've tried every connection and different cables to make sure they all work. They work with other devices. I have read other messages on this board and tried to use the recovery file, however, I'm not sure what my IP address is. I'm also not sure it will work if my phone is not working. Any advice?

Dana,

One item to check, the SPA941ethernet port  is 10mb / half duplex only. Try forcing the port where the SPA941 is connected to 10mb / half duplex and see if the port comes.

One item that doesn't match your description, when the ethernet link is down the mute button is illuminated on the phone.
