When an outside call is received on the UC320W and that same call is transferred to another outside number via an outbound trunk even after the call completes the outside trunks freeze and no one is able to use them until they are disconnected and reconnected to the UC320W. Can someone help with this issue?
It sounds like the UC320W is not seeing the CPC disconnect. Some partners have had some success in contacting their FXO provider and increasing the disconnect tone. See https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3438357#3438357 The disconnect tone will depend upon your specific country.
