UC-520 No incoming calls on SIP trunk

Hi,

I have configured SIP trunk on UC-520 using CCA 2.2 and able to make outgoing calls without issue.

but when I am trying to make incoming calls to the SIP trunk it just drops not ringing.

checked the "show sip register status"    account is getting registered

configured incoming dial-plan to ring an extension directly

still no incoming calls

any suggestions ?

It's possible the digits are not the same as what the SIP carrier is sending.  Perform the following debugs to show you what dial-peers are being match and what SIP errors are occurring.

debug ccsip messages

debug voip ccapi inout
