UC320 and International Dialing

I have a UC320 with Analog PSTN Lines.  We are trying to set up International Dialing for outbound.  When I dial 9 + 011 + Number I get an error prompt that states. " You are not able to make this call, Please contact your system administrator for assistance - Thank You."

We were able to dial International on these lines before we installed the UC320 so I am thinking that there is a setting in the uc320 that I have missed.  Any guidance on this would be appriciated.

Hi Rodney,

If you plug an analog phone into the first FXO line, go offhook and  dial 011 + Number, do you hear the same message from the FXO provider?

Also, make sure that you do not have any FXO based voicemail configured by your FXO provider.  Stutter dial tone on the FXO may cause outbound calls to fail.
