UC320 in Libya

Hello,

I just installed a UC320 (latest release firmware) and we can not dial any number that begins with 0.  We had to use the UK location as Libya is not listed.  The steps are:

1- dial 0 to get outside line

2- as soon as we dial 0 (the number is 091-xxxxx) we get a strange dial tone we are sure from the UC320 itself.

Any suggestions?  This makes the unit virtually useless as 90% of the nubmers we have to dial start with 0

Dear Alaeddin;

UC320W is not supported in Libia, that's the reason it does not work.

it works I just can not dial anything that starts with 0..  When will you allow us to make our own region packs?

Just for your information we configured the system with the Swiss (English) region and it is now working fine.
