I'm trying to create more inbound calling routes but the "Create inbound calling route" button is grayed out. How can I fix this?

Hope this helps.
Step 1. At the web configuration utility, choose Configuration > Call Routing > Inbound Calls. The Inbound Calls page opens.
Step 2. In order to change the name of the label, click the Edit icon next to the Label drop-down menu.
Step 3. Click Add Specified Number to add phone numbers you want to route separately from all other phone numbers.
Note: The Mediatrix BRI call source includes all phone numbers except the numbers you add to a separate list.
Step 4. Enter the phone number you want separate into the Specified Number for separate call routing field.
Step 5. Click Move to move the specified number to a different inbound call route.
Step 6. Choose a destination for an inbound call from the Ring drop-down menu.
Step 7. Click Create an Inbound Calling Route to configure a new inbound call route.
Step 8. Click Apply Later to postpone the changes for a specified number of hours, or click Apply All Changes to immediately apply the changes and a warning window opens. If you are confident with your changes and are prepared for the UC320W to reboot and disable connections for a short time click OK.
