UC320W - 30 secs lag?

Hello,

I'm encountering a "weird" situation with my UC320. Every time someone calls from outside and they fall into voicemail, they record message and there is always 30 sec of blank silence added after they hang up.

Cant put my finger on what it would be causing that?

Any ideas ? Please share

Hi Marcin,

There is a defect in which UC320W voicemail sometimes doesn't detect the disconnect tone when the external user hangs up the call. We have a beta image for the fix. Please send me an email at wenyang@cisco.com if you would like to install it.
