   Is Cisco working to provide mobility solucion with the UC300 like Cisco Call Connect, Mobile Connect for iphone,  Android solutions, etc.?

Yes, this is on roadmap, though not available yet, we are working to provide mobile phone clients for iPhone and Android. There is no firm date yet for release. Stay tuned for updates.
