hi guys,
I've been trying to figure out what the issue seems to be with the UC320W or the SPA phones but can't seem to find any answers.
Basically what is happening is we want to record individual voicemail messages for each phone, however everytime we go into the voicemail system, press to record an unavailable message and attempt to record, the system hangs up the line.
Voicemail -> Password -> Press 4 for Setup -> Press 1 to record unavailable message -> Tells you to record after the beep (however before you can record it hangs up).
Any help would be appreciated thanks guys

Hi Thien,
Did you configure the SIP trunk? If yes, please make sure the codec is set to G711ulaw.

Thanks for the feedback - I have configured the SIP trunk with codec G711U, outback fax as passthrough and packetization size at 30.
The voicemail for ALL (ext 399) works fine and we have managed to make a recording on that, but we can't making individual voicemails still.
