UC500 and Gatekeeper

Can you register a UC500 with a H.323 Gatekeeper?

The answer is yes and that is done with CLI as for any other Cisco IOS voice router.

Can you provide supporting documentation?  I've seen posts saying it is not supported as well; however, I have not seen any documentation to back up the claims.

I have clarified above, UC500 software supports that.

You can refer to standard Cisco IOS Voice documentation. That is what UC500 run..
