outside Caller #
my PSTN # 1234567
IP Phone # 123
Mobile # 0566919592
when a user calling from outside to 1234567(AA) transfer to exten 123
exten 123 is configured for call forward to mobile so the call is transfered to mobile
mobile rings but the no. showing on mobile is my PSTN # 1234567 not the outside caller #
what should i do to make sure it shows the outside caller # when forwarded

As often discussed, that is normal.
Your system cannot originate calls using any number but that the ones you got, otherwise that would allow spoofing caller-id.
The execption is PRI user in the USA, that are normally allowed to send out any number they want.

It's also worth noting that many ITSP's (SIP) allow you to set any caller-id as well.

So if the call is missed to answer, it will not be possible to know who called.
