uc500 - cdr and reporting

hi,

I have configured my uc520 to send cdr files to an ftp account.

can anyone tell me how I can use the files now to generate reports? any free tools out there?

if not then what is a good tool for a smal to use to generate reports?

No free tool as far as I know. You may look at commercial call accounting software.
