hi,
I have my system working,
one of the phones is in french, the voicemail is also in french.
now when I hit DND on that phone or (NTD)=DND when someone calls they get the message in english saying "sorry extenxion xxxx is unavailable"...
any way for me to put the DND in french when someone calls that phone which is set to french?

I think you have not read my answer above, again:
Messages to callers are only given with the global primary language.

Check that your global voicemail primary, or only language is French.
If it is not, messages to caller will be played in English.

I don't understand... are you saying that if the system defalt language is english then dnd will play in english?
because the user at ext: 201 my own phone, the phone and the vm is in french already but when I hit dnd it plays dnd in english.
can this be set per user or it's a system wide setting?

voicemail for myself is set to canadian french.
when I connect to unity to get mailbox services it's in french.
when someone calls me and I hit DND the message is in english.

Note: cisco does not recognize that is a bug and will not even fix it.
You can try recording a custom absence-type message to be played instead of standard.
Thank you for the nice rating and good luck!
