UC520 help!

I am at a clients site right now and they have been having a few problems:

1) Phones calls are randomly dropped, phones are plugged into a cat500 express. Suposedly the problem goes away when you plug a phone directly into the uc520. I have yet to replicate this issue but they are certain it happens.

2) Sometimes they attempt to dial out but before even entering the number they have no tone.

3) When they dial a number sometimes it goes to busy, I was able to replicate this issue myself and it happens fairly frequently. I checked all the lines they have 24 phone lines and rarely use 6 at one time. This is the problem I need to resolve asap.

Can anyone help me?

Did the customer purchase small business support? If you are onsite I think that would be your best option.
