UC520 - multiple SIP Trunks with different credentials

Level 1
Level 1

a customer of me uses a UC560 (IOS 15.1.4)

I have to configure two SIP-Trunks, one for SIP-Provider and another for a door station.

Both trunks need different credentials

my config is:

credentials username 1111 password 0 1234 realm Provider1

credentials username 2222 password 0 9876 realm doorstation

registrar 1 dns:Provider1 expires 3600

registrar 2 ipv4:doorstation expires 3600

sip-server dns:Provider1

When I execute a "show sip-ua register status", I see, that both credentials used for both SIP-Trunks

--------------------- Registrar-Index  1 ---------------------

Line                             peer       expires(sec) registered P-Associ-URI

================================ ========== ============ ========== ============

1111                             -1         909          yes

2222                             -1         70           no

--------------------- Registrar-Index  2 ---------------------

Line                             peer       expires(sec) registered P-Associ-URI

================================ ========== ============ ========== ============

1111                             -1         18           no

2222                             -1         2410         yes

on "debug ccsip message" I see, that the UC is trying to register with doorstation credentials for the SIP-Provider trunk and also trying to register with SIP-Provider credentials on the doorstation.

What can I do, to prevent the UC560 using both credentials for both trunks?

thank you

You can't do anything, as it is not supported. A major IOS limitation that Cisco does not even acknowledge.

I had already supposed this.

If I change the credentials on doorstation, it should work, right?

You can try and report.
