Hi guys,
I have a problem with our UC520 after an softwareupdate. Everybody works fine but the Outgoing Caller ID is wrong. When I call to a external phonenumber I see on the external phone the central number from the UC520 -> 01234/123456 0.
But I would like to see the internal phone extensions on the external phones for an example 01234/123456 21.
Can everybody help me with the configuration?
I have the Cisco Configuration Assistant (v 3.2 (2)) and I go to the Telephony -> Dial Plan -> Outgoing ->
please see the screenshots.
I can not save this configuration but I get an errormessage "For input string: "^0"" from the CCA.
Thank you!

Hello Alexander,
I can solved the problem. The rule in the screenshot above is in the translation-rule 4.
voice translation-rule 4
rule 1 /^0/ //
...
I change the default rule 1 to rule 2 and add my own rule 1:
voice translation-rule 4
rule 1 /^.*\(..\)/ /\1/
rule 2 /^0/ //
...
after that all outgoing calls are sended with the internal phone extensions.
