Deployed UC520 with Metro Ethernet static Internet connection. Seems per provider that easy so often they loose the MAC address of the device, and my system looses Internet connection.
All I do is perform a reload and I am back online, which resets the box and WAN port.
Anyway to stop that. become a pain for me and the customer as they loose voice as well.

We need a better description of the problem? Do they lose the UC500 MAC in their ARP cache? If so, I seriously doubt it has something to do with the UC500 itself...

I opened up a case with TAC, and found out that the WAn port was only talking at half duplex.
Tried to hard code duplex full speed 100 and the port stayed offline.
Called the ISP and had them change their equipment.
Done.
