Hi,
My UC540 won't retain date and time configuration. Each time i reboot the UC it reverts to Jan. 1, 2006 even after ensuring the configuration is saved.
Also, I noticed that it doesn't retain configured dial plan.
I have had this issue for sometime now as callers can't reach me because they get business closed response.
I suspect this has to do with weak or dead cmos battery but again am not sure if the UC has one.
Urgent response will be greatly appreciated.
