UC540 Hunt Group Does not ring when lines are busy

I have a UC540 with the main line going to a hunt group but when the lines in the list on the hunt group are already on a call the line goes to voicemail without ringing. Is there a way to set it to ring even when the lines are busy?

It is a logest-idle hunt group.

Hello Jordan,

There is no native way to do this. However, there are some workarounds.

1. Create additional extensions on the phones, and assign the extensions to the hunt group

2. Create a BACD so that the calls are queued, and once someone in the BACD is available, they will be presented the call.
