How can I establish a different auto attendant based on what number is dialed from a PRI? Also, how can I use DNIS to let a receptionist know how to answer the call, i.e., hello abc company or hello DEF company?

UC540 supports three AAs with CCA 3.0
A separate DID can be mapped from the PRI to each, so calls for business #1 go to AA #1, and you can have the Greeting set appropriately. Remember its automated so its a recorded greeting which plays, with menu actions you select.
Each AA can have a schedule (Open different from closed) as well.
probably want to disable 'dial by number' and 'dial by name' since we dont partition the directory of users.
Instead us menu actions to hunt groups or extensions as you see fit.

Steve, any tips in doing this? In CCA everytime I assign a new AA # like 350 it works, but does not save my previous AA that was 349?
