Hi members, I have a UC540 which has not had any configuration changes but the user suddenly cannot make any outgoing calls.
The Incoming is working fine and the Trunk Status shows it connected.
The provider says the calls are not hitting their gateway.
Any advice?
The Dial Plan looks ok and the user says that from any phone plugged on the system it goes for about 10 seconds of silence then hangs up.
The incoming ringing is working just fine.

Try reload.
If still trouble, will need to look at config and traces.

I have tried a reboot a few times to no avail. The following day it started working again.
Except now the customer has no internal music on hold.
Very strange.

Update IOS and check again.
