UC540 with CUE Auto-Attendant not functioning

Had to rebuild our UC540 last night. Reloaded the config that was on it, got everything working. Outbound calling is fine, voicemail connectivity is back. However, when attempting to call inbound with auto attendant enabled, the system sends a 503/Service Unavailable to our SIP provider. If I change the translation rule to go to an extension or hunt group everything is fine.

I ran the Dial Plan test under Telephony diagnostics and I get back the proper extension for my auto attendant (398) but the extension type, Auto Attendant shows as Not Found.

I am stumped and frustrated and not sure where to look at this point any ideas?

Debug voip CCAPI inout
Debug ccsip message

and run a test call.
