Symptom: Incoming call, one ring, dead air. Hang-up, call again, one ring, AA answers. This pattern repeats over and over.
From term mon I see both calls answered. (Interface BRI0/1/0:2 is now connected to 398 N/A).
Please advise.

You may have a wrong or overlapping dial-peer configuration.

You were right Paolo. There were two dial-peers with the same matching pattern but the one had wrong destination. Thanks for the clue.
