UC560 and Viking Intercom

Tying to get a viking intercom working with a UC560. Have the intercom connected to FXO port on UC per the intercom installers request but unable to get it to work.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Could you provide some more information:

How did you configure the port?

What are you doing to test it?

What happens?

I've used quite a few Viking door intercoms with UC320, UC540, and UC560... and haven't had many problems.

Didnt know exactly how to configure the fxo port. Just pointed it to a dn that was on one of the phones. When you press the intercom button outside on of the door way nothing happens. Do you think you can provide me with a configuration example to point me in the right direction?
