I have a question that I need at first a simple yes no answer to

Can the attached diagram be setup and configured into a fully working system with only CCA3?

And if so, can anyone point me to a guide that would tell me how to do it, as I have tried everything, and contacted STAC and the answers are ambiuous to say the least.

I am now running out of time and need to set this up.

Any help appreciated.

Hi Guys,

This worked for a while but now we are seeing the following,

Phones working fine on remote site but the data network is failing.

Remote data can ping UC560 on any of its networks, and remote data can ping the file server on HQ site.

It would appear tha anything other than the UC560 on HQ site cannot ping the remote site, or access the remote site, as  per below

The SR520 WAN IP is 192.168.16.2 (its behind a router) and LAN IP is 192.168.75.1

If  you ping 192.168.75.14 (PC on remote site) from a device other than the UC560, tracert shows the packets going to the UC560 for  routing, then the next hop is 192.168.16.2 of the SR520, not the LAN  IP. then no response

If you tracert to 192.168.75.1 it goes UC560, then 192.168.75.1 and ends as its succesfuil

So for some reason the UC560 is routing to the WAN IP of the SR not the LAN IP. unled you specify the LAN IP as the destination.

I have checked the routing tables but the 192.168.16.2 does not show up, and all the outing is pointing to 192.168.75.1 .

Is there any way round this as a permanent fix?

Thanks

Graeme
