We have a UC560 with a front desk admin that transfers calls to the users.
Some of these calls end up in voice mail.
When the user retrives one of these voicemails, they get a lengthy system recording preamble along the lines of "Call transfered by XXX on XXX" etc etc.
Is there any way to eliminate this preamble?
Some of our users get a lot of Voicmails like this, and have to sit through the preamble on every message.
