Unable to Reach Voicemail Pilot via DID using SIP trunk

Just thought i'd post another issue when using SIP trunking and the UC320.  We are using Cbeyond as our provider, if I assign a DID to the voicemail pilot, the system is unable to hear the DTMF tones. 

Worked with Dustin and figured out we can work around this by routing * to the voicemail pilot.  this seems to work fine.

I've tried to replicate this issue with our SIP service, but can't.  This may be an issue with the codec you're trying to use.  Are you using g729 or g711?  What version of frmware do you have running on your UC320?   Does CBeyond support RFC2833?
