We have SIP trunks on our UC540 and when a voicemail is left the system does notify and call the cell phone. The call does request the mailbox users ID, but won't accept any digits and eventually hangs up.
Has anyone experienced this event?

Hi Sblaze614,
Is the system dialing back out over the SIP trunk? And if so what CoDEC is it using??
What happens if you long press each key, and I mean at least a good 1 second per press.
Cheers,
David.

No luck with the long press. Not sure of the SIP Codec.

Sblazer,
Do you have the same issue when you call into an Auto Attendant?
If so, this is most likely due to the DTMF settings on your dial-peer or your SIP provider doesn't support RFC2833. Make sure you have this on your outgoing/incoming dial peer:
voice-class sip dtmf-relay force rtp-nte
or
dtmf-relay sip-notify
