I had a problem with a new UC560 whe I upgraded to 8.6.1. The VoiceView Express would let you log in and see all your messages but "contact your administrator" message appeared when you tryed to "Listen" to the message.
I fixed it by doing the following in CLI:
In CME
LAB-UC560# conf t
LAB-UC560(config)#telephony-service
LAB-UC560(config-telephony)#authentication credential cisco cisco
Now log into CUE
LAB-UC560#service-module integrated-Service-Engine 0/0 session
login with username/password (if required)
LAB-CUE#conf t
LAB-CUE(config)#
LAB-CUE(config)# site name local
LAB-CUE(config-site)# phone-authentication username cisco password cisco
All done... fixed!
